Making every step—from discovery to the experience—more joyful.
Eventbrite needed to optimize operational processes across three critical pillars of their user experience practice: Design Systems, UX Research, and Writing for UX. As the organization scaled, they required streamlined workflows that could support innovation while maintaining quality and consistency across all product areas.
I served as the Design Operations Specialist for the Foundations team, where I streamlined operational processes and managed programs day to day. This role required deep collaboration across design, engineering, product, and marketing teams to optimize workflows and drive innovation at scale.
I helped establish operational foundations and I championed research as a foundational input throughout Eventbrite's product development lifecycle. Working closely with researchers, designers, and product managers we made sure customer insights drove every design decision.
This work proved that strong operational practices are essential for innovative design execution in complex product environments. By creating structured frameworks that gave each team a voice while maintaining focus on shared outcomes, we demonstrated that the best partnerships are built on mutual respect for each discipline's expertise and thoughtful operations work can amplify creative excellence at scale.
The collaborative frameworks and processes I established became the foundation for continued innovation.
